Unroasted and undecorticated cream-coloured peanut was pressed using the screw press. The sample was marked WF. The tests were performed at the same screw press speed of 90 rpm with the screw press given a torque of 159.2 N m while producing a pressure of about 51 MPa (on no load), all other operating conditions remaining constant.
